DEFTER helps churches, community associations, nonprofit organizations, and other membership-based groups securely manage member information, track pledges and membership fee balances, and send reminders through one centralized platform.

What DEFTER Offers

  • Member Management: Organize member contact information and membership records.
  • Pledge and Membership Fee Tracking: Track financial commitments, contributions, and outstanding balances.
  • SMS Reminders: Send weekly or monthly reminders to members who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages.
  • Secure Administrative Access: Provide authorized administrators with role-based access to organizational records.

DEFTER is designed for organizational recordkeeping and communication. It does not collect, process, or transfer payments.
